ORDERS
You can purchase snookus products using your VISA or MasterCard. Your credit card will be verified prior to shipment. Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 5 business days.
To place an order with snookus.com, you must first register with our system.
Registering provides benefits such as a persistent shopping bag that remembers the
items you added until you check out and an address book to speed up future orders.
You may also opt to subscribe to the snookus e-mail newsletter upon registration.

BACKORDERS
In very rare cases items may be backordered and will be fulfilled as soon as they are available.
We make every effort to indicate in an item's description if it is backordered.
In some cases, these descriptions may not be current. Under these circumstances,
if you inadvertently place an order for a backordered item, you will receive an e-mail from us
indicating that items in your order are backordered,
including an estimate of when your order is expected to ship.
You are free to cancel all or part of your order at any time up until it ships. After that time, our return policy goes into effect.
SHIPPING
You may choose to ship your order via UPS or US Postal Service. Shipping and handling cost is based
on package weight, and is computed at the time of checkout based on the shipping address entered.
You can also determine your shipping and handling costs prior to checkout.
After adding items to your shopping bag and while viewing your shopping bag,
click the "estimate shipping" button and select your destination location and ZIP code.
The shipping estimator does not require you to register with our system.
RETURNS
Important: please read all items carefully.
- All returns must be pre-approved by first
contacting us by phone.
- Returns are accepted if the items are shipped back to us within 15 days of receipt of
your items, as long as the items are undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Snookus is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping
(your claim will be with the shipping carrier).
- Customer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs. The only exception is in the event of defects in product materials or workmanship.
- Opened items or items that exhibit wear due to usage are not returnable.
